i am taking the opportunity to update here on vacation. it was a wonderful weekend for weather. the sky was clear and it didn't get too hot. this made for some good time spent on the beach. i am particularly relaxed because i am running on the beach every day. there is no better place to run in my opinion.
on a side note, i caught the tour de france today after my morning run. i've never watched it. the cycling outfits certainly make it easier to see who is packing what. there were a couple riders i would love to ride. yummy thoughts.

I can't get into cycling because of their stance on doping. I don't think that cheaters should be rewarded; but they need to let things be once the race is over. As it stands, you think you know who one; then weeks later, you find out that the winner has been stripped and someone else as the "winner". Test them quickly after the race and then let the results be final.
